God has a master plan for our lives, and it is hopeful and encouraging. He is an expert at opening doors and creating opportunities for us. We can benefit from this if we ask Him to direct our steps, so that we can be at the right place at the right time to seize the opportunities He wants us to. When God gets involved, He pours out His blessings on us and causes good things to happen that we didn’t expect. Being at the right place at just the right time allows God’s power to keep us safe and protect us from the enemy’s plans to destroy us. Acknowledging God lets Him meet us right where we are, shift things in our favor, and elevate us. Yielding to Him causes all elements in our lives to perfectly click into place in ways we could never accomplish on our own. It’s a very pivotal time that we’re living in today. It is critical that each of us seize moments, opportunities, and doors that God opens for us, even in the midst of a pandemic.

Whatever season you find yourself in, know that God has a master plan for your life that is good, hopeful, and will give you a future. It’s critical to live in your “today” so that you can recognize and seize each moment, each opportunity, and each door that God opens just for you. There may be people and things around you that have been designed by the enemy to try to destroy you, but just like in the moment God created for Moses, God’s plan will always prevail. God opened a really big door for Moses; as a result, he was able to be nursed, protected, and cared for by the same family that would have taken his life. Moses showed up in the basket for Pharaoh’s daughter at the right place and at the right time. Another example from the Bible is Ruth, a woman who had lost her husband and was in grief. She seized the moment with her mother-in-law, Naomi, and decided that she wanted to experience the God that Naomi served. As Ruth followed Naomi’s guidance and went out to serve in the fields, she bumped into Boaz, her future husband.

We must understand that God wants to intervene in our everyday affairs. If we’re willing to serve Him and allow Him to direct our lives, we can’t imagine the type of favor, promotion, and elevation that we can begin to experience. Be encouraged by knowing that, when you’re in the right place at the right time, God’s power will keep you from being destroyed; He will preserve your life from destruction. Trouble may be surrounding you and there may be danger on every hand, but I’m telling you, when you’re in the hands of God, you are in the arms of safety and protection. God desires to cover you even when you don’t realize that you need to be covered. So, submit yourself to Him today. Acknowledge Him and say, “Lord, direct my steps. In all my ways I acknowledge You. I honor You so that You can direct my path and cause me to be at the right place at the right time to keep me safely on Your path for my life.”
